This is a strategic HR role that partners closely with managers across the employee lifecycle. It supports hiring and workforce planning, helps define roles, and participates in interviews. The role also contributes to salary reviews by analyzing market data, advising managers, and helping finalize fair pay decisions.
It focuses strongly on employee relations and performance. This includes handling workplace issues, coaching managers on conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also supports performance management by guiding discussions, linking performance to development, and helping with succession planning.
In addition, it drives learning and engagement initiatives by identifying skill gaps, supporting training, and promoting a positive workplace culture. It also tracks wellbeing and absenteeism, supports engagement programs, and ensures HR practices meet audit and compliance standards.

WHO YOU ARE?
- You possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Having approximately a 5-years' experience in HRBP role and environment
- HR knowledge & business sense: Good understanding of core HR areas and ability to use data to support decisions and activities
- People skills & delivery: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently and work well with stakeholders.
