- Proven experience in HR, finance, or office management roles.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and financial regulations.
Human Resources
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Oversee employee benefits, payroll, and HR policies.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle financial tasks such as budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance.
- Prepare financial reports for management.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance and supplies.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.
- Ensure a safe and organised working environment for all employees.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
