Duties and Responsibilities: -
Recruitment Support
Assist in posting job ads on career platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Employee Engagement
Support planning and execution of employee engagement events.
Help maintain employee recognition programs.
Design visual materials such as posters, infographics, and prepare presentation slides for HR communications and events.
Contribute to festive office decorations, helping to create a vibrant and inclusive environment during cultural celebrations.
HR Administration
Maintain employee records and databases.
Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
Help with filing and organizing HR documents.
Any ad-hoc task
