Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day human resources support to business units and functional groups, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, and direct labor management.
- Consult with stakeholders on strategic and tactical HR matters.
- Administer approved company-wide employee relations policies and practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support management decision-making.
- Support foreign worker management across business units, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Human Resources or a related function.
- Willing to work at PTP, Gelang Patah.
- Willing to travel when required (approximately 25% travel).
