A Day in the Life
Reporting to the Zone HR Solution Lead, you join an international Zone HR Excellence team based in Kuala Lumpur working across the SAPMENA Zone. You’ll be the HRIS-driven connector between markets Success Factor HR key users, Zone stakeholders and Global teams, driving Solution Excellence and Process Excellence.
Responsibilities
As an HR Solution Specialist, you will be the bridge between HR functional needs and technological solutions, playing a pivotal role in optimizing L'Oréal's HRIS landscape. You will be critical in ensuring our HR technology platforms effectively support key HR domains, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Global Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, Learning & Development, and Employee Self-Service. This role requires HR acumen and technical proficiency, with key responsibilities including:
Driving HRIS Operational Excellence: ensuring the smooth, efficient & compliant operation of our HRIS landscape where SAP SuccessFactors is one of the key pillars Monitoring HRIS related incidents, change requests and service requests raised by HR community across the Zone using ticketing solutions (such as ServiceNow…)

As an HR Solution Specialist, you will be the bridge between HR functional needs and technological solutions, playing a pivotal role in optimizing L'Oréal's HRIS landscape. You will be critical in ensuring our HR technology platforms effectively support key HR domains, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Global Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, Learning & Development, and Employee Self-Service. This role requires HR acumen and technical proficiency, with key responsibilities including:
- Owning the end-to-end HR process design and configuration within the HRIS for the Zone
- Empowering markets SuccessFactors HR key users by acting as their point of contact for escalation/support and leading the training and ongoing monitoring of our dedicated HRIS Support team
- Leading HRIS Project Success: providing essential support and leadership for HRIS implementation projects, module enhancements, and system upgrades. This includes in-depth requirements analysis, dashboard creation for project tracking, meticulous planning, and comprehensive reporting on project milestones and outcomes.
- Optimizing HRIS applications: playing a central role in maintaining our HRIS application portfolio. This involves defining business needs, overseeing development, conducting thorough testing, managing production deployment, and providing crucial support and training to our HR users & employees.
- Being the HR point of contact for Zone IT to discuss system integrations topics.
- Enhancing documentation: developing clear and concise documentation for application procedures and processes across various HR activity domains.
Required
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in engineering/business/university with a focus on HRIS or Information Systems (IS)
- 4 to 6 years of experience in HRIS or Business Analysis
- English — business fluent
- SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is a must
