We are a global consultancy group, combining multi-disciplined expertise to deliver marine, engineering and technical services that drive safety and sustainability in maritime, oil & gas and renewable energy sectors.
With a legacy dating back to 1856 – to the world’s first marine surveying organisation, The Salvage Association – Aqualis continues to evolve to provide the deepest pool of technical expertise across marine and engineering disciplines in more locations worldwide, to best support our clients and markets in keeping the world moving today, whilst managing the challenges of tomorrow.
The HRIS Administrator owns the technical administration, configuration and continuous improvement of Aqualis Group’s HR information system (Sage People) and its integrations with payroll and other business systems.
Working closely with HR, Payroll, IT Security and the Data teams, you will keep the HRIS reliable, secure, compliant and fit for purpose. You will configure workflows, manage releases, maintain data integrity and GDPR compliance, and deliver system enhancements and projects that make HR processes more efficient and automated.
This is a systems role, not an HR-generalist role: it sits within the Business Systems team and acts as the technical product owner for the People-systems estate.
What will you be doing?
This position can be based at our offices in Kuala Lumpur or Cebu. You must have the right to live and work in the Philippines or Malaysia.
The closing date for applications is Friday 14th August. We reserve the right to close the advert sooner should we receive sufficient responses.
