Responsibilities

• Performing workplace site inspection, supervise and address inspection findings
• Manage and improve Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental matters by controlling, monitoring, enforcing, and coordinating ESH-related tasks.
• Establish and maintain ESH practises in line with applicable local laws, internal policies- ISO 45001 & ISO 45001, and SEAL requirement
• Lead efforts to monitor environmental compliances- scheduled waste, IETS, scrubber and back filter
• Experience in managing security service providers, including guard force deployment, performance monitoring and reviewed and improved service-level agreements (SLA) to ensure high-quality security operations.
• Conduct HSE training for employees, contractors and visitors
• Any other matter assigned by immediate superior
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in OSH/Environmental Sciences/ Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment
• Certified Safety and Health Officer
• Work independently, able to coordinate and prioritize task
