Job Responsibilities
- To perform daily plant wide inspection and follow-up to ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements and company’s policies/ procedures related to Environment, Safety and Health.
- To conduct HSE training and briefing to existing and new employees to create awareness among staff.
- To review JSA and HIRAC for all related activities.
- To coordinate, analyze and follow-up the incident reporting.
- To plan and carry out the performance monitoring program in compliance with DOSH and DOE requirements.
- To involve in accident/ incident investigation and report preparation.
- Will lead emergency response team and to respond and provide assistant to all emergency situations.
- To involve in the evaluation of any project to ensure all related safety requirements comply.
- To manage security guard team to meet the company’s requirements.
- To monitor all CCTV performance and liaison with contractors for any CCTV issues.
- Assist HSE Manager to review company ESH policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
- To perform any related tasks as per instructed by HSE Manager.
