Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide support and assist the Human Resources Manager in planning, administering any task relates to compensation and benefits of employees and champions the total C& B initiatives for Supervisory and below.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure all administrative and documentation activities covering promotion, termination, payroll administration including changes, transfer and other service conditions / benefits for Non – exempt / direct and indirect processed within a reasonable time frames and without undue delay.
2. Ensure preparation and submission of employee’s performance appraisals, confirmation, and performance appraisal for Non – exempt / direct are completed on a timely manner and that relevant departments are advised of monetary changes affecting employees’ payroll.
3. Responsible for the proper upkeep of employee’s personal file and salary records.
4. Conducting a salary survey among the company of the same industries and serving any internal and external surveys.
5. Maintain proper administration of company’s group hospital and term life insurance scheme.
Submit all document/claim needed to insurance company with reasonable time frame without undue delay.
6. Ensure HR related reports are prepared and completed on a timely manner without undue delay.
7. Perform others duties or special project assigned by the Human Resource Unit Manager.
8. Ensure all information is kept at utmost confidentiality
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION:

Possess a Degree majoring in Sociology / Administration / Human resources or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
-
Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
-
Good in written and spoken English.
OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
(mathematical skills, reasoning ability, physical dem ands, vision, physical condition, etc.)

Must have initiative, analytical mind and able to work independently.
-
Teaching / Training skill is a plus.
-
Good supervisory and interpersonal relation skill.
