Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and workforce requirements.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations on people-related matters based on workforce data and trends.
• Support organizational design, restructuring, and transformation initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce and talent-related decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify current and future talent needs.
• Drive workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
• Support recruitment strategies for critical and strategic roles.
• Facilitate talent review and performance calibration processes.
• Coach leaders on goal setting, performance feedback, and employee development.
• Manage performance improvement plans (PIPs) and related processes.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct investigations into workplace concerns and recommend appropriate actions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and action plans.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
• 3-8 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partnering.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and business functions.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, and organizational development.
• Exposure to matrix and fast-paced environments is preferred.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, retail, or shared services environments is advantageous.
