- Lead a high-performing team of IC Design Engineers in the end-to-end development of Motion Control Sensor ASICs.\
- Oversee technical architecture, design development, people management, and full-lifecycle project execution.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment, responsible for all ASIC deliverables.
- Ownership extends beyond tape-out to include customer trials, field issues, and product sustainability.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of Optics, Magnetic, Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing engineers, requiring extensive interaction across engineering departments.
- PhD / Masters / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or in related field
- Minimum of 15 years relevant experience, with at least 5 years of technical management experience
- Deep expertise in the ASIC process flow for Analog, Digital and Layout Design.
- Experience in industry-standard EDA tools from vendors like Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.
- Experience in foundry fabrication process
- Experience in Electrical Wafer Sort
- Independent with strong problem-solving abilities, project management expertise, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
