  • Drive the end-to-end rollout of the colocation management standard across the facilities under your remit, covering eight dimensions — Equipment, Personnel, Monitoring, Emergency Response, Drills, Change, Maintenance, and Flying-Inspection Risk — each executed against its tiered requirements. Apply rigorous project management to translate every requirement into project plans, milestones, and acceptance criteria, and track each gap to closure as a managed deliverable.
  • Lead the EMS (Environment Monitoring System) data-integration project in accordance with the applicable integration standard. Leveraging solid expertise in infrastructure facilities and low-voltage / ELV systems (monitoring, BMS, automation controls), manage the full lifecycle of data-point mapping, connection, validation, and ongoing maintenance to ensure full-scope, accurate telemetry into the monitoring platform — including IT room temperature/humidity, busway and rack power consumption, and the status, alarm, setpoint, and log values of all route-related equipment (dedicated and shared) affecting the rooms. For new architectures or devices not covered by the standard, drive integration following the same principle.
  • Partner closely with the local operations teams and the engineering delivery teams, providing professional project management and technical support. Drawing on strong vendor-negotiation and program-management skills, align and negotiate scope, standard compliance, SLAs, and remediation items with colocation providers and platform vendors; coordinate internal engineering, colo teams, and vendors through project plans, RACI, risk/issue logs, and delivery cadence to drive milestones to closure across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
  • Lead the review and validation of the electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage / ELV automation control logic (including BMS networks, monitoring, and automation controls), parameters, setpoints, and closed-loop stability delivered by colocation providers and vendors. Backed by deep infrastructure facility and ELV engineering knowledge, orchestrate technical experts to validate architecture drawings, key-equipment run logic (medium-voltage logic, protection setpoints, cooling control), and redundancy / single-point-of-failure analysis, and sign off through rigorous acceptance testing to ensure production readiness.
  • Build dashboards and scorecards for standard compliance and EMS integration health, report progress and risks to global headquarters, and drive data-based continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with global headquarters on standards evolution and platform roadmap, adapt global policies to the local context, and build regional capability through training, certification, and knowledge transfer.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline. Over 8 years of experience in infrastructure operations, with proven track record in colocation provider management or vendor governance.
  • Solid understanding of critical infrastructure systems (electrical, HVAC) with demonstrated ability to orchestrate technical resources and drive engineering initiatives from concept to delivery — someone who knows how to get things done right.
  • Proven track record in vendor governance, operational auditing, and performance improvement. Ability to establish high operational standards and drive colocation providers to exceed baseline expectations.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders and geographies. Resourceful in navigating ambiguity and pushing through organizational barriers.
  • Experience in infrastructure risk governance, including risk identification, root cause analysis, and mitigation execution. Demonstrated ability to drive systematic improvements and close action items with discipline.
  • Self-starter with high ownership and bias for action. Proven ability to identify opportunities, challenge existing approaches, and drive innovative solutions independently. Someone who gets energized by hard problems and is willing to go the extra mile for meaningful work.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build trust and influence across diverse cultural and organizational contexts. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30-40% of time).
