Working closely with retail, field merchandising, and store teams, the position ensures high-quality implementation, continuous optimization, and measurable impact on client experience and sell-through.

Elevate the Maison's product storytelling through innovative display concepts, materials, and
Champion the integration of consumer behavior insights, trend forecasting, and sales analytics into creative decisions.
Safeguard the Maison's visual codes, ensuring every element from lighting to props reflects brand DNA
Operational Excellence & Collaboration
Coordinate closely with retail teams, store managers, and field merchandising to ensure flawless implementation.
Monitor execution quality and collect feedback, driving continuous improvement and operational best practices.
Manage documentation, guidelines, and training materials for visual

Brand Steward: A guardian of brand identity, skilled in safeguarding visual codes and ensuring all elements of display reflect the Maison's DNA and elevate product storytelling.
Operational Excellence Driver: Possesses strong organizational and coordination skills to oversee flawless execution of display guidelines, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement in visual merchandising operations.
