Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

Principal Accountabilities

  • Manage the end-to-end monthly/quarterly sales incentive calculation process.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication of incentive earnings and disputes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Finance on incentive plan implementation.
  • Prepare regular reports on incentive payouts and performance.
  • Conduct analysis and audits of incentive data and processes.
  • Monitor and support the incentive management system/platform.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all schemes.
  • Support internal and external audits related to sales incentives.
