Job Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business goals.
- Lead and manage the procurement team across the Asia region.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Monitor and optimise supply chain performance and cost efficiency.
- Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement processes with organisational needs.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
A Successful Interim Head Of Procurement Asia Should Have
- Proven expertise in procurement and supply chain management within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of procurement policies, compliance, and market trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Competitive salary of MYR 36,000 - MYR 50,000 per month.
