Intern will be supporting the administrative role for both Payroll and L&D Accountabilities : 1. Payroll & HR administrative

• Daily checking and fixing the error in attendance system
• Key in employee personal information in system
• Filing all related documents to employee personal file
• Monthly statistic data
• Preparing the hiring documents required in both hard & soft copy
• Complete the hiring process (induction, filing and provide employees ID card)

2. Learning & Development

• Key in data into system (TDMS & HRD)
• Filing related training documents
• Managing admin task for training related
