Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist in the maintenance of bank accounts, liaising with banks to ensure bank accounts are opened and updated successfully.
  • Assist in maintaining a proper documentation of bank users’ access, processes and operational workflows.
  • Assist in preparing and posting accounting journals.
  • Assist in bank and other reconciliations.
  • Assist in Finance projects (Coupa vendor onboarding, contract management, etc)
  • Assist in providing reports to internal stakeholders’ use.
  • Assume any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Section Head, Manager and Executive of Finance from time to time.


Qualifications

Job Specifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent professional qualification.


Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities

  • Knowledge in management accounting and double entries.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Applications – MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving skills and resourceful.
  • Independent, initiative, and have high level of integrity.
  • Result oriented and proactive.
  • Organised and accurate.
