Key Responsibilities

  • Payment Processing: Assist in processing payments for internal and third-party vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions
  • Invoice Reconciliation: Help to reconcile invoices and payments to maintain accurate financial records
  • Data Management: Enter billing and payment records into various systems to ensure up-to-date financial information
  • Shipment Data Validation: Validate incoming shipment data for accurate billing process
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports with guidance from the seniors
  • Confidentiality Maintenance: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity

Key Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economy or a relevant field
  • Available for a 6-month internship
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong Written and Verbal English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Available to join us in August/September 2026 onwards
