During this internship, you would be learning from our senior experts. Your daily job scope consists of different area within the department of Airfreight.
- Support team members in providing allocation and reservations of freight on planned linehaul and flights required for hub and operations performance.
- Provide basic administrative support to consolidate, record information and handle day-to-day shipment documentation.
- Draft and assist reporting on recent developments of new solutions, services, lane, and traffic development.
- Under close supervision support AFR product and capacity management methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
- Support team members in timely monitoring and accurate updating of products (track & trace).
- Communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
- Any ah-hoc tasks that is assigned by supervisor.
- Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
- It will be added advantage if you have previous experience dealing with customers.
- Being able to write and speak professionally in English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- This internship location is at Subang Jaya, USJ 25.
