Intern - Product Operations

Department: Product Operations (ProdOps)

Role Summary
Support the Product Operations team in monitoring transactions, investigating issues, preparing reports, and assisting with testing activities to ensure smooth remittance and payment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily transaction processing and operational activities.
• Assist in investigating transaction issues and service disruptions.
• Prepare operational reports and perform data validation.
• Support UAT and system enhancement testing.
• Maintain operational documentation and process workflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams on issue tracking and follow-up.

Key Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and SQL.
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and learn quickly.
• 6 month internship
• Malaysian

• Internship start and end date should be weekday & not public holiday

Location: Bangsar South, KL (accessible by LRT Kerinchi)
