International Sales Specialist
Job Responsibility:
- Manage assigned overseas customers, distributors, dealers and selected OEM accounts.
- Develop new customer, distributor and channel opportunities in assigned markets.
- Follow up enquiries, RFQs, quotations, samples, tool tests, orders and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams on technical clarification, costing, pricing, delivery and customer issues.
- Track open quotations, conversion status, lost reasons and next actions.
- Support distributor onboarding and development.
- Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and sales pipeline updates.
- Provide regular updates on customer opportunities, distributor progress, market feedback and risks.
- Support sales and gross margin growth from assigned international markets.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, International Business or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in international sales, B2B industrial sales, distributor management, account management or technical commercial sales.
- Experience handling overseas distributors, dealers, OEM customers or B2B industrial accounts.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, machining, tooling, precision products, automotive, aerospace, electronics, metalworking or industrial products will be an advantage.
- Strong commercial sense, follow-up discipline and customer communication skills.
- Able to work with overseas customers and cross-functional internal teams.
- Able to understand technical product requirements at a practical level.
- Familiar with CRM, ERP, Excel, quotation processes and sales pipeline tracking.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Willing to travel overseas when required.
