Internship, Life Branch Operation (Klang Branch)

You will be primarily responsible for supporting back office operations and ensuring quality customer care for Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia (ALIM).

You'll Be Responsible For

• To assist in handling dispatch, including incoming and outgoing mails.
• To assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial request from customer .
• To assist in processing non-financial endorsement.
• To assist in scanned documents and disposal exercise
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required
  
  

Important To Your Success

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or any other relevant field of studies
• A fast learner, proactive and able to multitask.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.
