You will be primarily responsible for supporting back office operations and ensuring quality customer care for Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia (ALIM).
You'll be responsible for:
- To assist in handling dispatch, including incoming and outgoing mails.
- To assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial request from customer .
- To assist in processing non-financial endorsement.
- To assist in scanned documents and disposal exercise
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or any other relevant field of studies
- A fast learner, proactive and able to multitask.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.
