Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Supervisor in assembly process set-up and buy-off.
- Support evaluation related to new process/product.
- Support evaluation and analysis for low yield issue and process improvement.
- Assist supervisor in monitoring equipment/material purchase (check PR, PO status etc)
- Will be trained on equipment and process handling follow standard operating procedures.
- Follow up specific problems as advised by Supervisor.
- Exposure to root cause investigation and implementation of corrective action.
- Exposure to technical report preparation and documentation.
- Assist supervisor on establish training plan for operator qualifications.
- Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.
- Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines
- To carry out assigned projects from time to time.
- Attend any other trainings as directed by the immediate superior.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or its equivalents
- Willing to learn
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
- Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.
- This role is 100% onsite
