Inventory Control Specialist
In compliance to ISO standards 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2023
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy as per KPI target
- Maintain optimal inventory levels against production requirements.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Colloborate with Procurement & Planning departments to ensure timely material availability
- Monitor stock levels and report stock shortages, over-stock, slow-moving items, aging stock, obsolete stock and forecast future supply requirements.
- Analyze inventory trends and stock movement patterns to optimize inventory levels and improve stock management.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock movement analyses, inventory performance metrics & KPIs.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and stock audits
- Support annual stock count activities and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize inventory control and warehouse efficiency.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of inventory control or warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 3 years experience using ERP systems such as SAP (MM &IM), Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar inventory management software as Warehouse Management System (WMS)
