The company focuses on digital infrastructure and data center investments, with key interests in a data center operator providing colocation and managed services.
Responsibilities
- Support debt and equity fundraising activities. Build financial models, investment memorandums, and lender/investor presentations.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external advisors.
- Monitor financing facilities, loan covenants, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate loan drawdowns, disbursements, and financing documentation.
- Conduct market research on data centres, digital infrastructure, and capital markets.
- Prepare management reports, fundraising updates, and financing dashboards.
- Assist with IPO/listing readiness and corporate finance projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Treasury.
- Experience in infrastructure, real estate, or data centre sectors is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of debt/equity capital markets and financial modelling.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
