【Job Responsibilities】
As a Production Supervisor at Winbond, you will manage daily production line operations, monitor operational status and respond to abnormalities in real time, ensure production efficiency and stable output, continuously optimize workflows, drive test process and operational efficiency improvements including test time reduction, execute and lead process and operational improvement projects, train new and local employees through on-site coaching, and manage attendance and cross-shift coordination for production line personnel.
