【Job Responsibilities】
As a Quality Management Engineer at Winbond, you will be responsible for ensuring quality control across testing and warehouse operations. Your responsibilities include IQC/OQC management at the testing facility, establishing inspection parameters and quality standards, managing cleanroom cleanliness, overseeing calibration and ESD control, managing warehouse QC, and serving as a production line supervisor responsible for manpower allocation and management of production technicians.
