IT BUSINESS ANALYST – SAP SALES & DISTRIBUTION

We are looking for a passionate IT Business Analyst with experience in SAP Sales & Distribution to join us, wherein you’ll be shaping our sales and marketing processes on a multi-ERP SAP landscape – SAP S/4 HANA, SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud, and SAP Business ByDesign. Become part of Hilti Global IT in one of our strategic locations: PJ, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and drive as part of an international and cross-functional team the definition and implementation of future processes. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering information from various stakeholders and transfer business requirements into technical implementations with focus on Sales Order Processing. You will work on projects related to business process harmonization and optimization and be part of our ongoing migration of SAP Business ByDesign to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an IT Business Analyst in Marketing and Sales IT you will evaluate and transfer business requirements into value adding solutions for Hilti’s customers.

• You will collaborate with product owner, software engineers, and various business counterparts to gather and define requirements to develop long-term solutions in alignment with company strategy in driving customer engagement within a direct sales company
• You will utilize your detailed business process understanding in marketing and sales to configure and customize those requirements in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, and SAP Business ByDesign among others
• You will support and troubleshoot issues reported by global and regional key users
• You will be part of a highly motivated team in an international environment

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with CGPA > 3.0 or similar grading
• At least 6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar role
• 4 or more years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA module SD. Experience in SAP Business ByDesign or SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is an added advantage
• Good understanding of business processes in sales and marketing in the context of a globally operating enterprise
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a non-technical and technical audience in English (verbal and written)
• Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, convincing, and interpersonal skills required
