IT Service Technician

Job Description

• Install, troubleshoot and provide training for software related to printing and finishing machines.
• Operate and support graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator (AI), CorelDRAW and other related applications.
• Install, service and repair printing & finishing machines.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, remote support and on-site visits.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware and machine-related issues.
• Conduct machine testing, preventive maintenance and customer training.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure excellent after-sales service.

Requirements:

• Familiar with Adobe Illustrator (AI), CorelDRAW or other graphic design software.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating system and computer hardware.
• Experience in machine servicing or technical support is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to customer sites.
• Responsible, independent and willing to learn.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
