Your Impact (Responsibilities)
- Hunt & Discover: Research and scout high-potential leads using online sources, databases, and social media platforms.
- Spark Conversations: Master the art of the first impression by initiating cold outreach via email, phone calls, and social messaging.
- Qualify & Pipeline: Filter the best from the rest, qualifying leads based on key criteria and passing high-value prospects to the sales team.
- Data Mastery: Keep our CRM pristine by maintaining highly accurate lead records and activity logs.
- Team Synergy: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing squads to continuously optimize and sharpen outreach strategies.
- Track Success: Monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics to prove what works and pivot what doesn't.
What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)
- Tech Savvy: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales—ideally within a SaaS or Technology environment.
- Linguistic Edge: Fluent and highly effective at communicating in Cantonese to connect with targeted markets.
- Tool Fluent: Familiarity with modern lead generation tools and CRM platforms.
- Superb Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the resilience to handle rejection and keep pushing forward.
- Local Presence: Currently based in Malaysia and ready to jump into a hybrid routine.
