Junior HR Executive - HR Operations

The Junior HR Executive - HR Operations is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities to ensure efficient and compliant HR services. The role provides support across employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee data management, payroll administration, benefits, HR documentation, and employee inquiries.

What you will do
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files
- Prepare HR letters and documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and employee certificates
- Ensure employee records are accurate, complete, and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support HR audits and documentation reviews
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, orientation arrangements, and system access requests
- Ensure all new employee documentation is complete and properly filed
- Manage employee exit processes, including resignation documentation, exit clearance, and final records updates
Payroll & Benefits Support
- Assist in preparing and validating payroll-related information, including attendance, leave records, overtime, and employee changes
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, such as insurance enrollment and other company benefits
- Support payroll inquiries and work closely with payroll vendors or internal payroll teams
HR Systems & Data Management
- Maintain employee information in HR System and other HR databases
- Generate regular HR reports and dashboards as required
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of employee information
Employee Services
- Serve as the first point of contact for routine HR-related inquiries
- Provide support and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness activities
Compliance & Policy Administration
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist with audits and compliance reporting requirements
What you will need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Up to 2 years of HR experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of HR operations and employment legislation
- Experience with HR systems or payroll administration is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong time management and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team player with a proactive and customer-service-oriented mindset.
