- Prepare BL/AWB draft
- Prepare Manifest
- Prepare Shipping Note
- Prepare Booking Confirmation
- Upload documents
- Input sell and cost
- Post verified Payable Invoice/CN
- Update milestone (Eg. ATD & etc)
- Import
- Creation of Job files
- Prepare Delivery Note
- Upload documents
- Input sell and cost
- Post verified Payable Invoice/CN
- Update milestone (Eg. ATA, POD & etc)
- Domestics/Rail
- Creation of Job files
- Upload documents
- Input sell and cost
- Post verified Payable Invoice/CN
- Update milestone (Eg. ATA, POD & etc)
- Prepare operations report from Logisys
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Previous experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
