About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join our Corporate Finance team at RHB Investment Banking. In this role, you will support the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team in originating and executing bond and sukuk transactions, while working closely with internal stakeholders and clients. You will assist in managing client relationships, coordinating deal execution, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assist the Head / Team Head in managing relationships with Malaysian corporate groups to secure investment and corporate banking deals
  • Collaborate with Investment Banking business units to originate and execute transactions efficiently
  • Work closely with DCM and Treasury teams in the placement of bonds and sukuk for clients
  • Support the development, review, and enhancement of manuals, procedures, policies, and work processes
  • Ensure all activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements
  • Foster strong teamwork and collaborate with product partners and senior management

  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
  • High level of integrity with strong attention to compliance and regulatory standards
