Job Description
- Mengurus dan menyelenggara fail pelanggan serta dokumen guaman.
- Membuka, mengemaskini dan menutup fail mengikut prosedur firma.
- Menyediakan surat-menyurat, dokumen dan borang berkaitan urusan guaman.
- Membuat pemfailan dokumen di mahkamah, pejabat tanah, SSM dan agensi berkaitan.
- Menjawab panggilan telefon, e-mel dan pertanyaan pelanggan.
- Membantu dalam penyediaan dokumen perjanjian, pindah milik hartanah, pinjaman bank dan urusan korporat (jika diperlukan).
- Membuat semakan status kes atau transaksi dengan pihak berkaitan.
- Memastikan semua dokumen disimpan dengan teratur dan sulit.
- Melaksanakan tugas-tugas pentadbiran lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan atau peguam dari semasa ke semasa.
