Job Description

  • Mengurus dan menyelenggara fail pelanggan serta dokumen guaman.
  • Membuka, mengemaskini dan menutup fail mengikut prosedur firma.
  • Menyediakan surat-menyurat, dokumen dan borang berkaitan urusan guaman.
  • Membuat pemfailan dokumen di mahkamah, pejabat tanah, SSM dan agensi berkaitan.
  • Menjawab panggilan telefon, e-mel dan pertanyaan pelanggan.
  • Membantu dalam penyediaan dokumen perjanjian, pindah milik hartanah, pinjaman bank dan urusan korporat (jika diperlukan).
  • Membuat semakan status kes atau transaksi dengan pihak berkaitan.
  • Memastikan semua dokumen disimpan dengan teratur dan sulit.
  • Melaksanakan tugas-tugas pentadbiran lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan atau peguam dari semasa ke semasa.
