Key Account Manager

You are responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic customer relationships within the midstream business. You will focus on revenue growth, account retention, commercial/profitability optimization, and long-term partnership development.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while acting as the main point of contact and understanding customer business needs.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, executing account strategies, managing pricing, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any customer or operational issues.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights on customer demand, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to align commercial and operational priorities.
• Deliver on performance targets by managing forecasts, tracking account results, and reporting risks and opportunities

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, Economics, Marketing, Civil/Structure Engineer, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with proven record in B2B business environment industry - construction or heavy industry.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia’s construction industry and Midstream infrastructure and operations.
