This is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees across various branches. This role requires collaboration with the Training Manager, department heads, and management to ensure alignment of training with business objectives.

Locations:

• Klang Valley - Deliver training across Klang Valley and nationwide
• Johor - Lead training for Johor & Singapore outlets

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training programs that boost skills and confidence.
• Conduct interactive sessions on sales, customer service, leadership, and more.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content.
• Coach employees one-on-one and support their career development.
• Collaborate with managers to align training with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Oversee all training initiatives for Johor and Singapore branches to ensure consistency in execution and alignment with company standards. (Johor based location)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in training, sales, or operations (retail preferred).
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
• Possess own transport & willing to travel.
• Experience in change management is a strong advantage.
