  • Lead the entire sustaining and NPI activity.
  • Debug/troubleshooting the failure board to find out the defect/cause.
  • Documenting all aspects of testing, including the tests conducted and the briefing to technicians.
  • Able to communicate with customers for the test related issue.
  • Perform software modifications for the engineering changes (ECN).
  • Coordinate the customer instrument calibration on the functional tester.
  • Work with the CFT team for the 4M, EC, NPI meeting.
  • Maintaining the tester spare part inventory.
  • Able to improve the test coverage improvement to enhance the test detection.

Job Requirement:


  • At Least 10 years working experiences in manufacturing environment
  • Minimum education Diploma / Degree in Electrical & Electronic or any equivalent

Skill set :

  • Knowledge of Genrad & HP3070 is the MUST.
  • Printer label knowledge add advantage
  • Functional tester knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Communication skills with customers
