We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. If you have at least 2 years of experience and a passion for identifying business opportunities, this is your chance to help us grow our client base and drive sales success. Sucessful candidate must be fluent in mandarin and Malays language to cater to our international customer base.

What You'll Do:
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels
Conduct outreach via phone, email, and networking events
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead transfer
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation
Build strong relationships with prospects and clients

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years' experience in lead generation or sales roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in an office environment
Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus
