Job Description

  • Prepare, review, and/or assist in the execution of contracts and other legal documents assigned from time to time
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of corporate documents
  • Administer and maintain the database and trackers of legal documents and ensure document organization
  • Collaborate with other departments and external parties where necessary
  • Other related tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department of a conglomerate or multinational company
  • Background in contract management and corporate documents filing is a plus
  • Sound judgment and able to effectively handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Meticulous, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work
  • Able to manage a large amount of paperwork, multitask, and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
