Responsibilities
- Prepare work plans and develop logistics schedules
- Process orders, track shipments, and monitor delivery status
- Resolve logistics issues and coordinate with suppliers/transporters
- Handle documentation, reconciliation, settlement, and cost control
- Maintain 6S standards and assist in improving internal procedures
- Diploma or higher qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with logistics workflows
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Cost-conscious, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Team-oriented with good planning ability
- Allowance available (Transportation/Meal/Communication)
- Annual leave/Sick leave according to the local labour law's stipulations
- EPF/SOCSO is provided as regulated
