- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine machining operations, sequence, and dimensions
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, or other machining operations.
- Set up CNC machines, including installation of tools, fixtures, and raw materials.
- Operate CNC machines to produce components with high accuracy and within specified tolerances.
- Troubleshoot machining issues, adjust offsets, and improve cutting parameters for efficiency and tool life.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of machines and work areas, following 5S and safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and report any mechanical or control issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.
- Certificate/Diploma in Machining, Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming.
- Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code)
- Strong understanding of machining principles, materials, and tooling.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
