Job Summary
Lead maintenance and facilities activities to keep production equipment and site infrastructure safe, reliable, and available. Improve equipment performance and reduce unplanned downtime.

Maintenance Manager
Scope: Facilities, Equipment Maintenance & Reliability
Job Summary
Lead maintenance and facilities activities to keep production equipment and site infrastructure safe, reliable, and available. Improve equipment performance and reduce unplanned downtime.
Responsibilities
- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for production equipment and facilities.
- Develop maintenance plans, schedules, procedures, and equipment reliability programs.
- Monitor equipment availability, downtime, maintenance cost, and work-order completion.
- Coordinate with Operations and Engineering to prioritize repairs and minimize production disruption.
- Lead troubleshooting and root-cause investigations for recurring equipment or facility issues.
- Manage maintenance resources, spare parts, contractors, and maintenance budgets.
- Ensure work is completed safely and in line with applicable procedures and requirements.
- Support equipment installation, upgrades, commissioning, and facility improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate equipment, maintenance, and facility records.
- Develop technicians and supervisors through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
- Relevant experience in equipment maintenance, facilities, or reliability in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning.
- Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management or ERP systems is an advantage.
