Maintenance Planner - Engineer (Nusajaya)

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring all maintenance activities are effectively planned, scheduled, and executed to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules to ensure timely and efficient execution of maintenance activities
Plan, prioritize, and coordinate work orders in alignment with operational requirements and service level agreements
Monitor and track maintenance activities to ensure compliance with contractual scope and client KPIs
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of all maintenance work, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness
Collaborate closely with site teams and stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and service delivery performance
Identify gaps in maintenance planning and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
Support continuous improvement initiatives to uphold service excellence and operational standards

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Proven experience in maintenance planning, facilities management, or a similar role
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and work order management
Good organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
