Coordinate wide variety of challenging strategic/tactical technical and management projects/assignments in the Business Unit (BU)
General Responsibilities
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Understand and experience end-to-end functional operations of assigned business unit
- Working on multiple short/long-term functional assignments to gain breadth of product knowledge and services offered by the company
- Internalise operational procedures of assigned functions and propose continous improvement, where applicable
- Assist in department's administrative coordination with internal/external stakeholders
- Project manage and coordinate special assignments delegated by superior/mentor
- Develop key relationships with customers, clients and internal stakeholders with guidance from business leaders
- Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrate basic experience in analyzing data and understanding business implications
- Ability to produce graphic representations of analytical data for presentations
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
