Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for overall internal deviation systematic in Semiconductor Backend production lines worldwide
- Representative for Backend to work closely with process owner to harmonize the business process and systematic
- Collaborate closely with the key users from Quality Engineering to harmonize deviation management tools and methodologies across the Backend sites to ensure consistency and best practices
- Prepare and provide guidance and training to the users
- Drive for quality related lot on hold reduction
- Function as a business analyst, work with stakeholders and solution teams
- Ensure seamless automation of deviation handling systems
- Lead and manage projects that focused on inline deviation reduction by leveraging on data analytics/data science
- Drive for OCAP setup
- Ensure alignment with quality requirements, industry standards, and compliance expectations
- Seek for new solutions for identifying and handling deviations in production lines
- Conduct regular risk & opportunity and review business processes and implemented measures to identify gaps and potential improvements
- Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrate strong listening skills and excellent communication to align goals, manage conflict, and drive improvements
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Minimum 7 years of working experience, preferably in manufacturing environment, with additional of working on digitalization and automation program/projects
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, data science or related field/experience
- Proven experience in quality engineering, deviation management, or related areas in manufacturing
- Applied knowledge in statistical data analysis, datamining/scripting(eg. Python, R, Java) with good understanding in manufacturing engineering processes, method and analytical tool
- In-depth knowledge of quality systems and tools (e.g. FMEA, MSA,SPC, 8D)
- Strong project management and cross functional leadership skills
- Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g. ISO, IATF) is a plus
- Detail-oriented and systematic in approach
- Proactive and be a change agent
