Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
- Responsible to provide delivery of the highest standard of customer service for all users of a Windows based, cross-domain enterprise solution, operating in a fast paced, dynamic work environment. This position is responsible for the coordination, implementation and management of overall desktop functions and endpoint services, including related supervisory responsibilities for managing support staff. This position is also responsible for mentoring and training staff, meeting deadlines, working with other departments and identifying opportunities to create and communicate processes that improve user experience and measure performance.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- To manage IT computing and peripherals and maintenance services for system implemented throughout MAHB group.
- To perform system administration for enterprise desktop and application management including configuration, version maintenance, security, and access delegation.
- To manage access right for Share Point File Server.
- To oversee the implementation, administration and operation of multiple endpoint security technologies.
- To manage and maintain the inventory of IT computing and peripherals throughout MAHB group.
- To esponsible for planning, monitoring and controlling of the unit budget.
- To be the management point of contact on any matter regarding Endpoint Services unit.
- To ensure compliance of ISO9000 procedures taking into account in airport operational scenarios.
- To keep updated on knowledge and awareness on the latest endpoint technology and security trends.
- To perform duties with due diligence and professional care in accordance with professional standards and best practices

Skills
- A team player and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Able to complete what is given at specified time with minimal Able to work independently. Characteristics of importance include but are not limited to customer service, problem solving, communication skills and the ability to interpret the needs of customer executives & leaders.
- IT Operation and Maintenance experience
Education
- Degree Certificate in preferably with specialization in Computer Science / IT related discipline.
- Master degree would be an added advantage
Relevant Industries
- Degree with minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- IT Operation and Maintenance experience.
- Extensive application support experience with MS Office, O365, Outlook and SharePoint
- Experienced with managing MacOS, Windows and MDM
