- Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including vendor selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance evaluation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, with a particular focus on suppliers in China to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with merchandising, logistics, finance, and operations teams to align procurement activities with business needs.
- Continuously evaluate supplier performance and drive initiatives for quality improvement, lead time reduction, and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team to build capabilities and foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks; proactively manage issues to mitigate business impact.
- Drive sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives in line with corporate responsibility objectives.
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in procurement.
- Strong experience in sourcing from other countries.
- Proven track record of cost reduction, process improvement, and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
