We are searching for an experienced Manufacturing Intern at our Malaysia facility.
Position Summary
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Manufacturing Intern will support and assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in activities focused on enhancing manufacturing excellence and improving overall productivity. This role provides hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and documentation practices.

Primary Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Supporting production line monitoring to meet quality and productivity targets.
- Assisting with the preparation and compliance of manufacturing documentation such as work instructions and procedures.
- Contributing to quality and continuous improvement activities through data collection and root cause analysis.
- Adhering to safety and environmental health policies by promoting safe work practices and reporting concerns.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing or closely related field.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing.
- Strong in data collection and analytical skill.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge about Microsoft excels intermediate or advanced level.
- Desire to drive accountability across project teams and cross functional teams.
