As a Manufacturing Technician V (Senior Technician), you will be responsible for...

Responsibilities:

• Performing evaluations and/or analysing unique problems that are new to equipment.
• Performing predictive maintenance by analysing routine failures and determining adjustments and repairs that need to be made.
• Performing training as needed to Lower level Maintenance Techs on troubleshooting and repair techniques utilized with equipment
• Performing specified preventative maintenance on production equipment to prevent equipment downtime.
• Monitoring equipment operations to ensure proper usage.
• Constructing and/or assembling new equipment
• Troubleshooting equipment failures and repair as needed
• Performing specified preventative maintenance on production equipment to prevent equipment down-time
• Performing Lock Out / Tag Out requirements.
• Working from blueprints, manuals, sketches and verbal instructions.
• Helping repairing on hydraulic, pneumatic and electromechanical systems.
• Performing other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business conditions or changes.
• Adhering to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.

What you already have...

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in injection moulding maintenance or extrusion, or mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical repair
